For 80 it prints quickly and well. The display is (available Monitor Screen when MX 525 for 20 more) only in SW. HP, Epson and Canon printers numerous we had in use, high cost cause all and all younger printer exchange usually made in the period of 2-3 years. Now at last a favorable wireless printers with multifunction Canon. Printer, scanner, copier, fax and wirless all these things, today is the state of the printer by 100. The price is very tempting, but just bait, because the running costs are still very high by the ink supplies. Following the purchase of only 4 cartridges sets (a 25 or 40 for XL) has already overtaken the equipment price. The ink is good for around 100 pages, that sounds like a proud figure, but results in some households with children safe after 1-2 weeks for ink replacement. After I have always had at least 5 color cartridges are only 2, one with 3 chambers in use. However, I must honestly say that the 3 individual color ink cartridges need to be replaced in short succession mostly. The inks are always needed mixed from all containers, so even if one would, for example, print only yellow pages, the ink would be compounded from all different cartridges together and it would be by no means only the yellow color cartridge quickly empty. So separate color cartridges are not an advantage. But what bothers me even more is the included tiny ink chambers (8 ml), which is like a small tank in a car with a large engine you have to constantly refuel. Therefore, the XL color cartridges are recommended in any case. The XL cartridges contain only 21 or 13 ml which was formerly at the printers better standard. So XL is here actually the normal cartridge, there is enough black about 3 times as long as the accompanying software. Fax I've been using for 10 years is no longer, the scanner is good, but not very good. The automatic feeder is a nice gimmick, but the paper on top of it evenly also dust quickly. A paper tray has been unfortunately saved here. Compared with slightly more expensive units of MX-series here annoys the volume of all transactions, the printer rattles and creaks when one is much prints safe nerve wracking. I turn Canon printer never, because otherwise they always perform cleaning and ink consumption is rising rapidly. Also applies to this printer, printing is an expensive affair, the purchase price is only a bait and switch. I personally expensive and more durable devices are happier if they cause for considerably less ink costs. I guess I need a year with the previous Canon printers 200-300 for cartridges and with this a great deal more.
For the people, and then print something, copy, faxing an inexpensive all-rounder for families with school-age children, I would not really recommend it.
Light: + All in one + Document Feeder + Small footprint Relatively easy to take into operation + Operated via + app from your smartphone anywhere + Relatively low power consumption according to the manufacturer's instructions + XL ink cartridges available +
Shadows: - Relatively loud rattletrap - Long waits - NOT to install Wi-Fi quickly & easily - No paper tray, paper dust - An expression often wrong - Only small SW display - Only 2 tiny ink tank - USB cable not included Are no moving keypad, you have right in front of the printer - - Effective replacement cartridges does not yet exist - A lot of auto maintenance / ink wastage
