Inferior Battery Grips

The positive recessions can I associate myself with in any way. As I unpacked the items and took into their own hands, the plastic has a very substandard impression on me. The plastic is very thin, the flap for the insertion of the batteries rattling neat and it is very questionable whether this withstands even a light drizzle or condensation without a short circuit caused.
In landscape mode, the battery grip brings indeed a better feel than without, the haptics in portrait mode, is actually intended for a battery grip, I feel as though really bad. The handle is very bad in the hand, has a very edgy and brings me in my eyes by not benefit!
The bottom plate of the battery grip is also made of very thin plastic, which is why I find it highly questionable, that would make the mounting on a tripod in terms of vibration damping, a lot of sense.
In addition to me the rather pungent smell of rubber coating on the battery grip is noticed when unpacking.
All in all I am very disappointed and did not know why the handle more than 1 star deserved. I'll probably still bear the additional costs of the original handle, but then knows what I've tuned!
