Infinitely impossible Focus

Unfortunately, the adapter has a problem with the infinity focus at SMC Takumar 50mm f1.4. As you turn the focus ring on the lens, the lens moves back and stuck behind the thread very soon on the disc / ring of the adapter. That means I can only max. ~ 2Meter focus. An additional spacer ring is not an option because the lens then too far away from the sensor would be what make infinity impossible. The only way would be from the milling wheel on the adapter.

Otherwise, the adapter is robust, all seated and holds up well. Also looks good. Snaps on the Sony A7 a good and keeps stable.
The labels of the lens with respect to the aperture and focus were quite centered from above. Fully compatible format, the adapter.

Do not know the other objectives regarding infinity focus goes, when Takumar this was not possible and therefore the adapter is useless for my application.

Update 2/25/2014:
Inner ring milled in the adapter, 1h work, now the infinite settings works perfectly. The guarantee is now well but lost.
My 2 Adapter another brand has the same problem.
