Hab discovered 2 years ago 'ceramic' for me, and equip to the time - who does not know it, it must simply try yourself! Have other pans of Culinario, nothing to complain about, all the best. Note: If you are used from the Asiashop 'Blechwoks for 9.99', is this course feel as heavy - I like it, and will be on induction also really hot.
