Along with a SSD (I use here always Samsung 840 Evo, 250GB) brilliant schnuckeliger smaller No Noise PC or home theater computer for XBMC (Kodi) in dual boot with Windows with SSD. 4GB Ram DDR3L enough there. (Caution 1.35V DDR3L use!)
Or as a standalone Media Center PC with Kodi extends a USB flash drive to boot.
