Has built-in USB and micro USB connections including cable. Thus, the additional carrying omitted from other cables, unless you use the Accupack z. B. as a reserve for camera or video batteries. My phone Xperia V is easily 3 times fully charged. About life and the number of possible charges, I can currently make no statement.
