We have the version in white with a receiver and transmitter.
Delivered is a receiver for the socket, a transmitter with a battery (included), an adhesive pad and screws for fastening and a multilingual Quick Start Guide (also in a German reasonably understandable).

The volume can be set relatively roughly between fairly quiet, normal, quite loud and extremely noisy.
