Solidly built, but not convinced with optics and illumination

The scope of delivery of Stellar Solar Light consists of the actual lamp, a stable ground spike and a 2-piece aluminum tube for increased erection. You can set the lamp on the table, somewhere in a flower pot or put directly into the ground.
First, one should make the lamp is switched off for 12 hours in the sun, so that the built-in battery can fully recharge. Then with a little force to turn lower lid and set the microswitches on the car. The wiring inside makes a solid impression and the micro switch has a rugged metal housing.
In case of slight dark then the light turns on automatically. The light is a very white light, which I personally do not find that great. By the ridged surface of the lamp cup, the light is something broken and it seems as if a bigger light source in the lamp. But this is true only if one looks obliquely from above. On the same level you can only see a tiny Funzel.
However, the stored energy of the battery is sufficient at least for the night, and at dawn, the light switches off again.
As the battery cover is at the bottom you need not to worry the rain water from entering. Unfortunately, however, the rainwater collects in the top of the lamp, which is then required to distribute from time to time. But what accelerates the growth of algae on the solar panel. So every now and wipe over it.
Here in the picture, the lamp also looks as if it were copper-colored, it is not, it is silver. What I personally like better, but you should stop here from the photo do not be fooled. But the appearance is generally not really my taste and I must say, if I set a candle out, it spreads more light than this lamp.
Conclusion: A lamp that makes a fairly stable impression, but for my taste has an unattractive light.
