Solid built, but not easily assembled without error

The shelf is extremely massive. Already when unpacking the heavy weight falls on what I had not expected, since in this price range most likely that prevails "lightweight". The wood itself is quite chic, but it is probably from glued blocks. Although they are processed evenly, probably but not necessarily firmly glued, because I broke up one of the boards when removing from the box in 2 parts. That was not so great but not so bad, because you could easily assemble with the faulty board it still. In the final product therefrom so gave no disadvantage, but it should be remembered there are certainly possible breaking points that are not so favorable. Also the shelf smells strongly of stain, although the smell is gone now (after about 2 weeks). All in all, it looks very good, is easy to assemble (approx 10 min.) And is also very stable.
There would be 5 stars if the quality would vote. So just only 3, because at the price the risk an unusable shelf to get even is very annoying.
