Like many of the purchaser, we were initially excited about the price / performance ratio.
We have bought 7 of lamps and can be assembled in February 2014. From 7 lights burn only 2 pieces! There were indeed sent us new control units, but the installation in height of 2.70 m is strenuous and fiddly.
Because they wanted to give us an answer to our question regarding a series error or the like, or could, we would not buy this lamp after the current experience nor recommend.
The customer service is friendly and prompt, but what about the shortcomings of the product not ignore helps.
