Anyone who thinks that ceramics is easy to clean and unsusceptible as Teflon, because I have to disappoint you here. After checking the description, it comes with more so before as if the old Teflon story is more robust. Regardless, the pan was needed because I have hoped for from the pottery a longer life and better fry with a little oil.
After about a month it began in some places to stick in the pan. One can the food to still resolve and it can be when it is cooled still easy to clean, but as a non-stick coating, I would not exactly call. Meat and scrambled eggs are not the problem here, but fish is the pan itself no longer really useful because these anpappt and then breaks in accordance with the solve.
In short, the pan is nice, but not really good and durable. Next time it will probably something else. I'm curious how much power it promotes for one year use still days. (Update will then accordingly ....)
