This irrigator is in order and is essentially meeting its purpose, where the Sprizdruck is only just adequate, but considerably lower than in the previous models, even at the highest setting. The wall bracket is not particularly stable so that the water vessel can be seen with caution. About the "long term stability" is yet to be taken (at present). Because of the somewhat slack injection pressure and the wall mount one point deduction.
