This book documents the structure of the ego very well, and the path to "wellness" or enlightenment in a way That I have not encountered as yet. It is derived Mainly from the Course in Miracles but it is somewhat easier to digest then did Particular book. It is very deep and thorough Although easier to book I could recommend would be The One: Finding Reality & The Awakening of Spiritual Awareness Which highlights the plight and path of the average seeker of enlightenment. The two books would go well together and would bring to fruition all one needs to know Concerning the various appraohces to Enlightenment.
