This book reads a bit like a diary he recounts the experience of the author of "sugar free" while citing various studies and analyzes on the subject. Personally, it made me a lot because after reading it, I changed my way of eating drastically and I am much better door. The dangers are real sugar, and it causes addiction are devastating, making it difficult to do without. Danièle Gerkens thank you for this book that makes many think.
