Install, repeat ;-)

Originally I had purchased my 450E because the wireless card in my machine was too weak to connect in your new home with the router (Speedport W700V) by a wall and two doors.
The repeater was then establish a (weak) link, in fact (the weak quality was the fault of my wireless card and not the 450E).
Those like me who does not have a WPS-compatible router, but you have a bit more than just rödeln to press a button.
In my case, this meant initially the 450E to the computer and the computer to connect via cable to the router, then closed the base configuration. Subsequently connect the repeater via the included network cable to the router (as I said, so stupid is apparently only the connection to the port speed) and it worked.

Since I now have a good wireless stick, but the repeater is now about the use to which it is intended, the enlargement of a functioning WiFi. He does this job very quickly and reliably.

Highlight a particularly positive I want the included network cable, which is very shallow and therefore very practicable (if you need it for times).

Negative me actually only the password protection is noticed - at least I have not seen anywhere where one (eight times zero) can change the default passcode.

All in all, a clear recommendation of the performance with minimal weaknesses in the quality of the documentation / control software.
