I have this card purchased to extend for my HTPC with a slightly older Asus M4A77T Board because I have retrofitted a SSD, which would otherwise be operated on a SATA2 port, which would naturally lead to some performance degradation.

The installation went smoothly and the new SSD has been recognized directly in the BIOS of the motherboard as a boot medium.
The system was therefore move without great effort on the SSD, so now the start has benefited in the Total Area performance of my HTPCs of it.

The SSD has now a durschnittliche read speed 375 MB / s and an average write speed of 336 MB / s. which is very neat for my slightly older motherboard and a power-saving CPU (AMD Athlon 245e), I think.
