After many attempts, I have developed the optimal treatment method I find:
1. Urea-containing Fusscreme (Celyoung, Kneipp, Gewohl etc) on the heels Apply before bedtime in a good layer thickness. Guideline in the initial treatment about 1.5 cm from the tube. My method is very effective and efficient, but is only suitable for people with a little courage and a lot (!!) sensitivity:
I take a snap-off of a carpet knife (ie the ones you can break off 10 times or so). Now I use the bare blade on the entire width of the affected area at an angle of 30 ° to the skin and gently scrape the skin off.
