===== ===== Packaging and contents
Charger and USB cable were sufficiently securely packaged. More than enough really was not. Both parts were just so in packets around, the adapter was still in a clear plastic bag. Electrical appliances, including batteries and chargers should be additionally protected with air cushions. It's the least. Another negative aspect is the lack of instructions or hazard warnings.
===== ===== Processing
The black adapter is robust: nothing wobbles and no creaked be heard (only when applying higher pressure). The cable is also well made and looks very robust, however, it loses some flexibility. I take that for better stability but sometimes like to. As for the color, so that's a matter of taste. I have received the green version of the cable and find it very chic.
===== ===== Charging function
To this end, there is really not much to say. The charger works and the device loads up to as fast as it should do a charger with 1 A. If one uses a device that is to be loaded with eg 2 A instead of 1 A, as was said here that will last longer. (A quick look at the battery of the smartphone reveals the required amperage)
===== ===== Summary
At the time of the test, the battery charger has cost 8.95. The difference in price to other, non-original chargers is minimal (Wicked Chili normally about 10 euros). But one gets a robust USB cable and a compact charger. But who needs only a charging adapter which should see the adapter from Wicked Chili prefer, the currently (30.04.2015) is to have on offer for 6.99 euros. For two euros more, get those who also need a USB cable, a favorable set of charger and sleek USB cable.
