Very important changes for me are:
- Exposure time to 1 / 8000s (+++)
- Focus Peaking (+++, works fantastic with manual lenses)
- ISO LOW / 100 (++, dynamic range is slightly worse)
- Stricter 1:04 million dot LCD screen (+++)
Very nice also the following new features:
- Histogram in Live Bulb Mode (+)
- Photo Story feature (+)
- Watercolor Art Filters (+)
- Timed Intervalometer Shooting & Time-Lapse Movies (not tried)
The sound of the five-axis image stabilization is louder in the e-P5 than in the E-M5, probably due to the housing. When tasting the home falls on, but in practice less.
The picture quality is 100% identical to the E-M5. Even when UV filters, nothing has improved, so the Lumix 7-14mm zoom may occur by UV reflections flares (purple dots) if you have bright light sources (lamps, sun) in the picture. For other lenses that does not happen.
