I bought this book after seeing the movie "Control". I knew beforehand neither Joy Division, Ian Curtis yet. I just found it interesting, that he was an epileptic and is "just so" (in spite of career, family, house and home) killed. I mean, it all doors were open ?! (Despite perhaps unhappily married.) I do think that him through this book a little closer acquainted (and his wife). However, the book is written quite colloquial and I had trouble often, Understand statements, opinions and reviews properly, although my English (my imagination In any case a) is not soo bad. I found the book well worth reading anyway.
