In operation with power supply strong interference from - as I learned in forums - "back tension". Result: The Screen Gezitter and flickering, jumping mouse. After the device without power supply as a passive hub was usable, but has then also no greater charge current as need him some peripherals. The problem was solved only the TeckNet® USB 3.0 10 Port Hub with Power Adapter and USB 3.0 Cable, Black - Compatible with Windows XP / Vista / 7/8, Mac OS.
