Mother of a little boy of 6 months, I bought this book because I felt a little lost with diversification. I liked the medical approach of the reasons for the age to start diversification. This book is also for moms who do not want / can not breastfeed because there are comparative tables of all existing milks. It is rather well done. The little flat is on the types of food to offer to the children. I wish I find a table saying what kind of food can be introduced from such age and also what type of food is classified how food category (eg Jporc / turkey / chicken white meat, etc .. .). I recommend this book because it is very well done on the issues it addresses.
