Pro:

* Mechanically stabilized Lies housing
* Quiet pan and tilt motors
* IR illumination sufficient

Cons:

* Lack of MAC address on packaging / housing must be found, for example via Wireshark
* A meager Manual / User Manual which is not worthy of the name
* Pre-set DDNS service ever contacted Google
* Error when programming the Ethernet stack (visible when using Wireshark) cause either the Video Stream permanently fails to restart the camera or it may not even be contacted
* New firmware is not available
* The error-ticket system manufacturer indeed exists, but is not processed

Conclusion:

This camera is not usable with these shortcomings. It is advisable for 20 more to buy a Edimax IC-7001W, which is not comparable in quality and functionality with the F3 EasyN M166. Edimax advantage is that the firmware from Edimax is permanently maintained.
