To say it first: I am using the netbook so far quite satisfied and have not regretted the purchase. Not least because I had read the other reviews thoroughly and knew quite well what to expect. Only with regard to the screen, I was too careless, because I'm really not an exaggeration sensitive. But in this case, I was a bit disappointed. The display does indeed achieved a considerable ambient brightness, which comes against the use outdoors. Unfortunately, however, affect the color contrasts strangely dull, and even a halfway pure white can be adjusted only with great difficulty by color correction. I look good, photos on this machine is not as intense, but especially with sites that are designed with many colored writings, I have often problems with the readability and am constantly trying to set a different angle. Often then only helps the presentation to increase, although that would not be necessary in principle. At least in the long run annoying the then already slightly. I can only recommend, as appropriate, somewhere to watch the first!
Otherwise, fall is my experience not very out of the ordinary.
Positives:
- Everything is dull, a treat for the eyes - Pleasant keyboard with defined pressure point - Really very quiet; HDD nearly inaudible whispers fan at best - Low heat generation on the bottom - For a netbook sufficient computing power; Course graphics has limits, but HD video to make such a device does not make sense anyway - Comfortable to wear weight - Housing, including hinge leaves very stable impression - Good battery life; 6 hours should be possible in most cases
Negatives:
- Poor color characteristics of the display (see above) - Do you actually not know exactly how to open the lid ...
But all in all quite a recommendation, especially for users who do not like make-up mirror!
