Works as expected. The noise during operation is not too loud and not unpleasant. On the bottom there is a very practical cable winder. The illustration of the product suggests that the upper part is made of metal. that is not the case. The rubberized plastic housing goes up above the cap. An unpleasant odor I could not identify. Except of course the smell of freshly ground coffee ...: o)
