As it worked out well for me right away, I want to share my experience immediately.
Recipe: 2 eggs and 250g-405-flour Aur ** a, not a meal or the like, strictly according to Kenwood recipe (measuring cup enclosed, with 250g / 500g strokes), pinch of salt, a few drops of good olive oil and everything together with the K stirring hook mixed.
It actually comes a crumbly, dry but gutriechendes something out here, it really reminds Streussel.
This product comes with no further editing directly in the assembled pasta machine with the desired intent.
I always insofar refilled with a tablespoon, until I could no longer see the worm. Level 1-2 is enough.
Used essay was rigatoni and then spaghetti.
Result properly, can be easily cut (sharp knife, a jolt!).
No sticking, and hollow noodles are compressed properly, it also keeps the shape after cooking.
I always read a lot of bad materials and blockages, ... from engineering point of view, I would say, all components are sized properly, and important points are made of metal and bronze (storage of the drive pin). Simply adhere strictly to the recipe and you're running.
I also have long wondered whether it would not but said to be "expensive" version ... After my first attempts, I have to say quite clearly that it is a wonderful product, you can not go wrong at this price and it really a Mega Pass makes its first home-made hollow noodles with this press produce.
Solely a negative point really was the fiddly cleaning after use, but a little cleaning help is attending. It is simply due to the nature of things.
