The phone looks really good. It's a visually high-quality finished impression. The display is very good, although perhaps ne option to enlarge the font would be useful.
The commissioning of telephone was relatively easy. I had to sign a bit of effort the phone to the base. I had to last at last the system PIN of the base back to "0000" set, so that worked, but anyway not so tragic.
Cruel, I find the voice quality. I can not say otherwise. I am glad that I've my Panasonic handsets, because with the Fritz! Fon makes telephoning no fun. At the highest earpiece volume I find the phone is still too low. Much worse is that my interlocutor hears massive noise (mind you, only the phone with the Fritz! Fon). The whole thing sounds probably similar to how if you hold a mobile phone in the vicinity of loudspeakers, just a bit different and more intense. It is probably very difficult to understand. But connections are completely canceled not know what would also be absurd in the short distance to the base. The speaker of the phone is for calls "Grütse". If you switch the unit to "free speech" and puts it z. B. on a table, the whole thing seems relatively quiet, as speaker, so to speak really shines back against the table. Sorry if I summarize it weird in words. It then increases the volume of the speaker, this intercepts the third last stage on to schrabbeln; whichever tone has the other party's voice.
Access to the Fritz! Box functions is awesome. RSS feeds work. The Internet radio feature is also not wrong. However, I find the sound not necessarily superior, but I did not expect, since it is still "a phone" is. To hear at night times n bit quiet but 1Live reichts :-)
I'll send the phone back. Due to the above problems, it is for me to use hardly. I think those who do not need the Internet functions should buy n decent phone, with base at the Fritz! Box operate (the integrated DECT modules the Fritz! Boxes are soweiso ... well just read other reviews on the subject) and enjoy. Virtually every phone has at this day n own phonebook and NEN integrated AB, if it was not just costs only 14,95 Euro. Thus then actually no great justification there more the overpriced Fritz! Fon to purchase. I personally would have expected more, too bad!
