This book is written very motivating, lively and pleasantly tough. For me it was the right "kick in the ass" to bring me after extensive Weihnachtsschlemmerei back into shape. I've followed Tim's advice and (for now) not read the whole book, but primarily the chapters that are of interest to me as a woman to lose fat and build muscle mass in the right places. Low Carb for me was not new and also the need of muscle training, but I have still discovered a lot of new aspects - for example, the strategic Naschtag, the necessary reduction of dairy products or kettlebell training. Even the minimalist, efficiency-oriented approach is top - especially if you have little time and also have other interests than physical perfection.
I have two months relatively well stuck to the diet and in addition made the Perfect Posteriour workout - and it worked great. Have more than 3 kg abgebnommen and reduced my body fat by about 3%. If you again more nutritional sins commits - such as now in nice evening often an evening glass of white wine or Spritz Aperol with some tapas - you take course again. But a classic yo-yo effect is not to be feared as it is indeed not a reducing diet here and has been adjusted by the Saturday feast also leptin again.
As the Vorrezensenten gave me the motto quality of life over quantity really liked the example of the two monkeys is really great.
In this sense probably is the book to use: It is shown here as they achieve certain goals and as far as I can understand it, it works. Where your personal balance between perfection and enjoyment of life is, you must decide for yourself.
