It's so simple to be happy!

If you have heard of this book so you have to read it because there is no chance. It provides the basis of all spirituality; the presence. Being present (physically and mentally) in all that you do.

Simple example: driving, I'm driving and I think to pick up the kids at school, what I'm going to eat at night to send a sms to a friend, waiting for you tomorrow ... short everything except to drive and be present.
