So my feelings: for someone who took the time to wonder about happiness, this book teaches nothing. He supported my own choices, and confirmed my vision. It would be especially a book to give to someone who has never taken the time to ask to think happiness, or who never had the opportunity to hear or read about it.
It is according to me, especially a book to offer to people in his entourage who live to 100 per hour, anxiety or people who do not believe capable of achieving happiness simply.
By cons, it is actually very well written, with great clarity, famous quotes and various authors. It is somehow very concise, allowing the offer to someone who would usually "no time to read."
So, I made reading my partner, who, pretending not to listen, anyway has retained some principles that serve him every day (I find it less pessimistic).
This book is a reassuring, optimistic, which allows to convince that we can keep our heads above water no matter what, and it finally up to us to understand as we please This world that we do not necessarily always want to belong ...
