She took a lot of time and the result is impressive. In "That Girl" you will find a lot. From Soul-tinged, about gospel songs to stark Rock'n'Roll. The whole is presented here in a very interesting sound. All pieces were well-recorded live with all tape and has to make guests feel right to sit a little at a bar there when Jennifer Nettles gives her great songs with her fantastic voice expression. They seem always fully be themselves and the whole appear here and there very personal and intimate ("Falling", "Thank You"). She's a brilliant singer and it is especially nice that the whole album gets along with virtually no background vocal. Jennifer's voice is loose violently enough. Because it's not bad that you get really expected country music rather less served. A very nice, special album. The purchase is worthwhile in any case. For true music lovers and fans of her anyway.
