I destined for occasional use with a desktop PC running Windows 7 64 bit. Despite having relocated several times with the latest driver available on the Belkin site, the dongle is consistently recognized by its own utility after a reboot. This results in displaying an error message "Connect your Bluetooth device and then try [to activate the Bluetooth function on Windows]." Unacceptable!
