Crashes, throwing out hard drives, stops copying. Repair failed. MacBookPro 2013

Did the Icybox for one year, from the beginning I had to deal with problems that they rausschmeißt my hard drives uncontrollably, I insert a disk, the other thrown unasked etc., always complains of Mac and warned me against possible damage to the hard disk and lost continuous data. Really hard when copying large files come (about 2-4GB) regularly OSX error messages that this or could not be written to the end of that file, while the external hard drives were all new and quite expensive (WD Red 3TB, 2TB Samsung etc. ). The device unusable!

Used with a MacBookPro 2008 (USB3 upgraded) and with a very new MBP late 2013 with integrated USB3.
Sent before Christmas, because it was really too uncertain. Sent with full error reporting, including my Contacting customer of Icybox or RaidSonic (which advised me that Icybox henceforth with a USB2 (!) Hub to use. What a useless aid). Now the company Reichelt get back with the note: the hardware runs correctly.

What I can definitely write my colleague works with almost identical setup and those quirks do not occur in its Icybox. And the net write many that built chipsets are not in order. So a gamble which works Icybox and which are not. Then stuck the customer. Easy for the company, bad for the buyer.

Conclusion: sloppy and annoying, poor support, worried about my data. Never again a product of this company. Gone!
