I've recently this burgers Press ordered to throw for me and my poker guys burgers on the grill. I peilte to as 3-4 pieces per nose and wanted the finished patties using this device. Due to the many critical reviews here I was prepared for anything. I was ready with the coping saw and NEN liter oil for smearing also stood there. However, I have initially befriended the tip with the cold water. And what can I say? I have never seen such beautiful bull tablets, these things are just awesome and nich a single stuck in the Form solid (well, one, yes, but only because I forgot even to maintain the lower mold briefly under water). So great and simple, the thing is just awesome. My simple trick (which I have also stolen here) before every Pattie briefly under cold water, the Bullet Ball purely (I recommend 150 g per piece) and the stamp on it pressed. In order for the Pattie is evenly compress the stamp first in one direction, so that the meat does well little, rotate by 45 degrees and press again until on all sides, the hack is something to behold. Thus, you get an even Pattie. Then turn the whole thing upside down, so that the stamp looks up and slowly remove the lower mold up, that's all. Edit: added, the patties were damn thick for the barbecue, so let low heat and fry already slow. For me it was a bit bloody, still damn tasty. Top 100 g patties made a day in the pan, and the hammer. I regret nothing.
Addendum of 21:08:14: Am very pleased with the positive Space out relating to my review, have therefore decided, after three years of start losing again a word to the part. I'm still excited and use it regularly. To obtain the form, remember to press a small hollow in the center with your thumb. These things then 10 Minten in the chest and down on grill or pan.
