The stone is without much effort to clean if you do it right after raclette with a little washing up liquid clean .....
The pans are coated super ....
The heat is uniform and very resistant .....
Melt cheese is not the only thing that makes the Raclette ... the food is properly heated ..... beans and corn and onions are super nice and soft ....
The only drawback ..... the Scharber for small pans ..... this smell really strong after plastic .... have me which wooden household shop around the corner concerned 3 6 pcs. This can then still invest but for the price should not be really ......
Tip from me to the manufacturer ..... Plastic away for 16 wooden spatula to place then everything would be top !!!!!
Despite the shortcomings full recommendation .... hard to find something better ......
