So thanks to "photo-freak", did it now :-).
1. You press Func Set = middle button in the ring.
2. Choose Custom Color
3. Press the Func button on the monitor or on the Cam Ring func (understand that whoever wants to, because this is actually the key to set the ring function ..... but just off short mind and do :-))
4. Scroll down .... then comes sharpness etc ....
That's extremely cumbersome ..... at Sony for example you choose your favorite settings such as vivid, and can then optimize this with regard to, for example sharpness. With Canon you need if you want more sharpness, which is needed in the camera, adjust everything from scratch, so color saturation, contrast. Great sharpness +1 or 2 +1 Saturation, Contrast -1 ...... but just my personal taste.
What is something I am surprised and barely mentioned in a review, is tremendous.
I had Sony RX 100 and RX 100 II and the Sony Nex 5N and F3. For all Sony's lightning overexpose so extreme that it is useless in practice. Had this then usually compensated to -2 ...... but then it was time and there hi too dark ... but on the other hand, especially when lightening is still much too bright ..... annoying --- .. underground performance .--
Unlike the Canon: pictures with flash look good aus.Egal whether the lightening in Portraits, when the sun shines or when a party calls for faster shutter speeds than would be possible without a flash.
The subjective impression of the images is great. Crisp and good colors. Very vivid and contrast well to very well.

Addendum on 28.12 .:
Sorry to from 5 to 4 stars. The purple fringing in high-contrast objects and especially in the macro range nervous easily. Whether these can be removed in the wake easy via software, I do not know me and I do not care, because I do not edit images. In the absence of leisure and time me. And yes ... unfortunately ..... you can already see the color fringes in the normal view, ie without magnification.
