I bought the balloons as a surprise for a birthday party.
The helium-filled balloons made firmly around the lawn of the venue saw the already really great out in the dark and was a real eye-catcher.
When we let them have then rise that was just WOW, a really beautiful sight and with the right music wars a genuine spine-tingling feeling.
Can anyone who wants a special highlight for its celebration the balloons.
