Justin Bieber says hello ...

Too bad, I had been looking forward to the new album by Enrique Iglesias, but I am quite disappointed after repeated listening. Instead of catchy pop songs or ballads Enrique puts more and more on gepitschte voices droning sounds and - depending on taste - an upbeat to annoying objections diverse duet partner.

Gone seem the days when Enrique was successful with various solo titles in Spanish or English. Although you can hardly find an album by an artist, on the like a really each book, so I could see the first albums by Enrique heard almost consistently good and felt entertained. Catchy arrangements, distinctive voice and song form and a knack for not always literarily valuable, but pretty texts could I certify him at least to my taste. Looking for new sounds Enrique is now apparently remained hanging in the American party scene ...

Sure, it does not have to be bad. If you like it and relies on pure party performance, which is perhaps well advised to provide for me as a listener of the former Enrique Iglesias, the new title as setbacks more. Firstly Enrique actually comes solo no longer ... any guest musicians must anticipate give his name and within the title repeatedly interject diverse spanglishe terms that do not even have great interchangeable but apparently, because there are always the same. Although I certainly have nothing against the cooperation of musicians, so it works here always the same and annoying in the long run, especially if you may call in the previous album, because by then it was the same way. Secondly Enriques voice is often distorted, rather than instrumental arrangements now relies completely on dröhenende bass and synthesizers. While there are a few exceptions on the album, but above the level of choruses like "There goes my baby, ohohohoh ... Baby, come back to me" or "I'm a freak ... yeah I'm a freak" goes all out, unfortunately hardly. Overall, the most titles absolute US mainstream, whether intentionally or not there is barely a trace of the Spanish roots and most sentences end the same way with "Yeah" as they start with "Baby". Flat!

Can you see well now, but you do not ... I actually took Enrique as more or less established do Popstar true who is able to convince with charisma and voice. If he now but wants musically fit into the ranks of Justin Bieber and Miley Cirus, then at least for me the conversation is too boring, because at home I lay me on any 08/15-disco disk on which I hear all sorts of listening to on Enrique Iglesias, as I hear him gladly.

He can much better, therefore two star ;-) This time, it should be forgiven, a third album in this direction I would certainly no longer setting.
