Great pan that long does the heat. It bakes not, she's great processed and is relatively high, so you can cook larger quantities well. The grip is so-so, had to get used to it because it is quite narrow. Likewise, I found not so good that there are two studs in the cooking area. At least I thought that this will be difficult to clean, but is not the case, so that it no longer bothers me. The coating keeps with me for over a year. But I also use only plastic spatula!
