We have an older model of a Miele vacuum cleaner and had to opt for a new handle and a new telescopic tube (held no longer extended, spring, snapper, which also went always broken) or just a new vacuum cleaner, the one from in prices original spare parts quickly thought about, as intended.
We are very satisfied with the rotary Flex products so far (3 weeks use). Everything holds bombproof, shipping and communication worked great, very nice contact, like turning back Flex Products!
