Since April 8350 is already a FX installed in my system. Until a few days ago this was still "cooled" by a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2. But this came very close to its borders (-> CPU overclocked always down to the temperature at bay -> which led to lags) and it was loud.
Recommended to me was the macho and I then finally decided to use it!
Please note: before just check the dimensions, whether it actually fits into the enclosure!

+ The fan runs constantly at 1300 rpm (my motherboard governs badly) and is barely audible denoch!
+ The FX 8350 is ne proper heating, but the Macho keeps him under simulated full load (Prime95) at 51 ° C and when playing Battlefield 4 at about 49 ° C. Very good temperatures for this CPU! In Idle is around 27 ° C.
+ Great delivery: all parts both for installation on AMD or Intel sockets are available. Even thermal grease is and what is very practical: to facilitate a long, magnetic screwdriver to installation.
+ Different ways to put the fan, depending on how the airflow in the housing
+ Great detailed instructions during installation can hardly go wrong thing!

+/- The installation of the cooler turns out to be quite difficult, but that have CPU coolers unfortunately se.

Overall I am very pleased with the fan and am glad that I have made the investment. The feeling is thereby increased again, because you can not hear the fan in contrast to its predecessor, and the CPU no longer has to down clock, so it comes to no more lag!
