Key problem from day one

I bought this pack to have mouse and keyboard on a raspberry pi.
Only, every 5 to 30 minutes, the 3 key on the numeric keypad is active alone, until you press it, at least.
If I disable the keypad, I end up with the "page down" key in the same way.
In short, probably an isolated case, damage.
