Kit did not fit into the given vehicle, salesman rude!

The order has be long in coming just 2 weeks and was brought to the post office at the seller after 5 days after Rückfagen. But the seller assured us he would abgesand the product immediately. However, the package tracking tells a different story. (Probably the DHL just as incompetent and stupid as we as a buyer and the car hifi car repair shop, but more on that later) So I had the appointment in the car hifi car workshop, as an authorized car audio specialist workshop since the 25 years car radios etc. installs in vehicles, refuse!
As the article then arrived after nearly 2 weeks I had him then install the said workshop. The result was sobering. Unfortunately, the switch panel and over the air service under the Radio installation kit did not fit properly in my car. Then I ordered the kit on the workshop and left him again to me after a week of installing. I was skeptical, I was allowed to watch the renovation. The new framework was similar, but fit properly in my car. The installation specialist also gave me 20% discount on the new Einaupreis! (Nevertheless, an expensive business) over the subsequent conversation with the seller "Carmedio" you are allowed to make you your own image, have fun!

We have a W203 Year 2007! Only the installation kit is not properly closes and therefore not as desired sitting in the designated gap. Neither the climate nor operation of the switch panel sat this fits. This was again confirmed by the installation company. Therefore, we now had to buy a kit and pay the installation twice.

Then let also carry the return costs from the customer himself without obliging regulation really speaks for customer friendliness. You can rest assured that precipitates corresponding thereto the assessment and recommendation of their company.
