The knives are good and reasonably sharp (certainly no surgical quality but useful), but the case is a disaster, because the different blades are virtually non-removable. Only when it turns and fumbles it around, it comes close to the blades. Unfortunately then all other fall but also out. I've found another storage option and can now live with the Set
