I discovered the series with a friend and found it incredibly well developed. Despite the size of 24cm (chef's knife) knife was tremendously well in the hand and cut that was a pure pleasure. So I put myself gradually the Santoku knife (17cm), the paring knife and a paring knife to. Now you just need a 20cm chef's knife. so you have everything you need in the kitchen to snip, I think!
