Knots galore

A beautiful book, well presented, on 80 pages and pictures galore to explain, step by step, the various nodes and creating jewelry. Tools, materials, mainly silk cord called rat tail, and semi precious beads and stones. Some models combine wonderfully cord in shades of blue or pink, with silver stones, for a surprisingly pleasant result.
Chinese tradition, is that there is no space between the nodes, but sometimes SM circumvents this rule, with achievements that China would be embarrassed to wear, as referred. The book presents models of earrings, necklaces (long and choker), surprising bracelets with their beauty, even if for their production, you have to practice a bit before building a model.
I did not find indications of maintenance parts, which I think is an important detail, especially if one has to choose quality materials to create this kind of jewelry, such as SM advocates. Unless this soientt ephemeral pieces, which would be a shame. These parts, silk, are exposed to dust, sweat, sprays, perfumes. But not a word about their maintenance.
To practice making unique pieces, is within the reach of all, with minimal fingering, because the explanations are clear and easy execution. SM prompts you with suggestions of sparkling jewels. Good work!
