With these batteries, GNote no longer lights.
The batteries will load or with the supplied charger or with the charger GNote.
Complementary tests:
GNote tested with the original battery, it works well.
Batteries tested on another GNote, it is confirmed that they no longer work.
Battery Use:
Both batteries were used alternately from one day to the next, and charged regularly with the supplied charger.
Less than 2 months of use, and less than a month cumulative use for each battery.
Suite:
Good reactivity SAV ANKER who suggested immediate battery exchange or refund.
I accepted the proposal to exchange batteries.
Complete pack 2 batteries (SN: 05GPGZ) + charger received the 09/19/2013. Ok operation.
CONCLUSION:
It was my first problem with an order via Amazon.
The treatment of my problem by service ANKER was very satisfactory and fast.
So I attribute 4 stars in the end.
