I've been using the dimmer unfortunately with my built-dimmable LED ceiling lights - noticed (9pcs pad Noname GU10 with each ca.6,5 watts.) At lowest setting a light bulb flickering.
Once you have something raised the brightness, flicker was gone.

A "humming" or other noises I've in no brightness setting of the dimmer can find.
However, I'm with the situation (flicker of the LEDs) do not really agree, and so I had the dimmer unfortunately again expand and return.
