Latest album of the pioneers of synthetic pop, "Tour de France" is fairly different from its predecessors: the experimental side discs like "Radioactivity" or "Autobahn" here has disappeared in favor of a much more lounge atmosphere . As usual, the control is with go (nothing is left to chance) and the sound is simply excellent. "Tour de France" is therefore less ambitious than some other or staggered work of Kraftwerk, but it emanates a sense of maturity and serenity Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider (who has now left the group) did nothing to prove!
