This is already my second cooking / baking book from this series in this Italian publisher. (La Cucina Bolognese) I bought this book (Back) -Book hand from a private seller. It was delivered well packed and safe. The recipes give the nice, typical regional Backkunst of Naples / Calabria again. Of course it is in Italian, but with a basic knowledge of the language and in doubt, [.....] it works with the translation properly, since the recipes are logically structured and easily understandable given again. That's what I already liked the first book. The recipes are easy to sometimes very inconvenient (specific bakery for special holidays) but well after zubacken. The author describes to some recipes also the historical background and the book will be made even more interesting with old copperplate print. In addition, many, but not all recipes have been updated with beautiful photos. Very nice if you want to experience the real southern Italy. And amazing what there is to discover everything what we do not even think in Germany (with Dr. Oetker). :-)
